I am a experienced guitarist, composer and tutor based in Northern Ireland . Whether you are an accomplished musician or simply starting out, I can help you master this amazing instrument.
I am on the Registry of Guitar Tutors (RGT/ London College of Music ) of approved teachers and hold a level 4 Certificate for Music Educators (Trinity College of London). I have been playing for more than 30 years and teaching for the last 15 years. I helped hundreds of students achieve their goals with the London College of Music Examination Board, Trinity college of London Examination Board, RockSchool exams at grade 8 and some achieving their Diploma in Jazz and acoustic guitar performance.
As an avid learner I am always looking for new methods and ideas to improve my teaching and playing skills. I have studied with some of the best guitarists and musicians in the world including : Barry Greene (USA), Maestro Pedro Bellora (Argentina), Matt Warnock (Canada), David Lytlte (Northern Ireland), Jimmy Bruno (USA) and Jordan Klemons (USA). As a teacher I focus on developing a strong foundation, make sure that the basics are covered and learned in a pleasant and relaxed way.
